I read the thread you were talking about, and it was very encouraging. The thing I absolutely despise about the state I live in (Texas) is that they recently outlawed Lease/Options. This really kills a lot of opportunities on the "sell" end of a deal. That's one reason why I've been researching seller-financing, thoroughly, these last few weeks.
