In order to not mingle my two activities - REI and business building - I decided to spin-off another blog for my business building ventures. It is called My Venture Into The B-Quadrant. I already have a couple of posts up.
4-plex
I had a few discussions with my wife over the weekend about the 4-plex located out-of-state. She is vehemently against buying it even though it cash flos out-of-the-box. I have to agree with her in the fact that it's located so far away (even though I have a PM already lined up). Before leaving for work this am, however, I asked her one last time about it and she seems to have changed course - slightly. She now wants to talk about it more (rather than not wanting anything to do with it before). My last correspondence with the agent was her wanting me to send a signed contract and a $1,000 EMD. If I send her a signed contract, though, I doubt I'll be fronting $1k for EMD.
