House #1: For Sale
I finally put the finishing touches on the ad I'll post to CraigsList.com's "For Sale" section for House #1. You can view the "flyer" here. Let me know what you think!
Thanks dave. although after looking at it, I noticed there is a huge gap in the monthly payment amounts for the full and partial seller financing options. Not sure if I copied them down wrong, or what.
