House #2: Base Price Jumps (again)

I was looking at the floor plan again for House #2 on Lennar's web site, and noticed they hiked the base price of the home again. This is the second increase in just a few months. When I first found out I won, I checked the base price and it was $135,990. It then went up to $137,990 a few weeks later when I checked. It's now $139,990!
