Hmmmmm. When I talked to the agent out-of-state last week, I had the feeling she would send me a list and treat it as a viable relationship. I guess I realized it wasn't going to be all roses when it took her two days to get me the initial listing of properties. I then sent her THREE emails in response to the listing. That was last Thursday and I still ahven't gotten a response. Keep in mind it was her suggestion about communicating via email, unless something urgent came up that required immediate communication.
Anyway, there were two properties on her list that passed my initial test (which I wrote about in my last blog entry), plus another one that may be worth checking into more. I sent her some questions regarding each of them, but have gotten nothing. True, it could be she is gathering all the information and will send it in a single email, but I thought I'd at least get a response like "I'll get back to you" or something.
