Status of My Offers to Date

I just found out another HUD property I made an offer on was rejected due to being outbid. Here is the status on my offers thus far:
  1. REO. Offer rejected by bank.
  2. REO. Offer rejected by bank.
  3. REO. Bank countered. I countered. Bank sitting on their price for now.
  4. REO. Still have not heard back from bank.
  5. HUD. Offer was rejected due to being outbid.
  6. HUD. Offer submitted.
  7. HUD. Offer was rejected due to being outbid.
  8. REO. Currently in 2nd position.
  9. HUD. Offer submitted.
  10. VA. Need to talk with loan officer. Requires ~$6k in closing.
  11. HUD. In 2nd position
  12. HUD. Submitted offer.
  13. REO. May become our personal residence. Will make offer today.
  14. FNMA. Have not submitted offer yet.
  15. FNMA. Have not submitted offer yet.

BAH! I just found out from my agent that my offer on poerty #4 was rejected without any counter. I can still make a profit if it goes for another $15k, so I told her to resubmit with an offer of $10k more. If they reject again with no counter, I'll ask her to resubmit at $5k more and make it my final offer.
