Still Here

I haven't posted in a while because I haven't had a whole lot to post about and I've been too busy with other stuff.

Some Nibbles
I've gotten a few nibbles from one of my loan brokers, but nothing has panned out. Either the numbers didn't work for me, or the potential tenants bailed before closing. This week has been my first in a couple of months where I haven't bid on any HUD homes. There was one with potential, but I decided to just skip the whole process this week.

Homemade Signs
I bought some stencils over the weekend, and plan to make my own bandit signs. Since I am going to target a specific neighborhood (or two), I want my signs tailored specifically for them. I also don't want to spend and arm and a leg for just a few professionally done signs, either.

Web Site Update
I updated my web site about a week ago, but haven't announced it here until now. I toned down the dark blue colors and opted instead for something lighter. The content is the same - I just changed the look-n-feel. Let me know what you think.

New Venture?
I have been toying with a business idea for several months now. I don't want to spill any beans - yet. I still need to work out some of the infrastructure and decide on a specific business model for it. Once(/If?) I get it up and running, I'll post a link to it and start the maddening process of marketing it wherever I can.
