Meeting w/Local Attorney/Title Company - Since I am in meetings most of the day, I fired off an email to the attorney's office I spoke about in my preivous post. I briefly told them who I was, what I do, and how they could possibly help me. His office provides both legal assistance and title services, so I (hopefully) won;t have to shop around for both.
Mortgage Broker - I filled out an online loan application for prequalification to the company I discussed in my last post. I specifically told them my background and what I was looking for in a mortgage broker.
Postcard Mailout #2 - At lunch, I went through my DB of homeowners and created a mailout list. I'll submitt he mailout tomorrow and put tomorrow as the "wish" date for the mailout (since it take about 4 days to actually process, this should be ready for the weekend).
Research Properties - Thanks to my creating some much needed programs, I can now find and funnel properties that meet my criteria with a few clicks of the keyboard. I just add my criteria to the programs, and get a report back instantly on any matching properties. Definately saves me a lot of time.
