Another Book

Over the weekend, I did something I sworre I would not do until I made my first deal: buy another book on REI. My wife gave me a discount card from B&N for our anniversary, and I bought Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate by Conti and Finkel ($18.95, but I got it for ~$15). While I regretted the purchase driving home from the book store, I am now glad I bought it. It filled in a lot of holes that I had questions with, regarding REI. It hasn't answered everything, but it has given me a new perspective in REI.
