House #2: Pictures & Floor Plan

I finally had about 30 mins to post pictures of House #2 for everyone's enjoyment. :-)

Also, the builder is still building homes in the neighborhood, so I did some research and actually found the exact floor plan for the home. The tax records say it is 1,652sf, but the floor plan online says it's "approximately 1,630sf". You can view the floor plan here. Notice how much this same exact home goes for brand new in the neighborhood now ($135,000). I comp'd this house at $125k, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it may actually be higher. ;-D

Update: BTW, you can view a list of current available homes here (click on "Available Inventory" under the picture). As of this update, there are 6 properties (floor plan is "Columbus") like House #2 listed for sale. The highest is $136,990 and the lowest is $135,990.
