I received notice from my agent that the Buyer agreed to the recent changes I submitted, pending a walk-thru this weekend to investigate my repairs and review of the HVAC service invoice. I sent the agent an email stating once again that the HVAC guy might not be able to stop by until Monday, and that I'll fax her the invoice as soon as I get it.
I'll probably give them a time of something like mid-afternoon on Saturday, and, in the meantime, I'll do my own wlak-thru to make sure the repairs I did pass my own muster. I'm also going to use the time to spiffy-up of the place a little more (i.e., light cleaning, vaccuuming).
