Geez, my life feels like a washing machine on high spin that never wants to stop (or even slow down). Aside from House #2 and all the things I need to do with it to get it sold, I still have House #1 on the market. So far, I haven't fielded any calls on it (at least, not since I've had it listed on the MLS), although, I was there the other night and noticed that someone had gone through since the weekend.
I'm also looking at several other properties now, too - FOUR to be exact. I'm calling local banks to see what services they can offer as well as getting more info from the listing agents.
On top of all those things, I still work 9-10 hrs/day at the JOB, plus have to make room for family time.
I need to slow down.
