Woo-hoo! I just received word Offer #6 was accepted by HUD!!! I'll post more details tomorrow as I am too ecstatic to detail the information right now.

Thanks guys! Now comes uncharted water, however, I feel excited and anxious rather than scared. This stuff really is easy.

It does, Shaun. I tossed and turned in bed last night thinking about the deal, what I need to do next, how to cover financing, what exit strategy to use, and so on. I didn't mind, tho. I got up this morning and feel like I slept 12 hours. It's a great feeling. But I also know I have a lot of work cut out for me in the next 2-3 weeks. Lot of calls to make and docs to sign. I just hope the inspection and/or title work nix the deal.
