House #1: My Proposal

I sent an email to the couple who are still interested in House #1 (I didn't want to call and get 15 mins of whining again). I basically told them in order for me to continue "waiting" on their broker and their overall decision, I would need a bona fide contract and $500 EMD, IF they plan to purchase the property now. I also said that I can do what amounts to a lease/option, but with strict wording such that it does not violate the Texas "anti-L/O" code. We'll see if/how they respond.
