Well, I went ahead and ordered the freebie biz cards at VistaPrint. I figure for ~$5 S/H for 250 cards, I can't lose. I'll just plaster them everywhere I can. Once I have a few minutes, I'll start mass producing my own postcards and design my own biz cards (both professional quality and "public" quality).
I also had time at lunch today to do some more house prospecting online. I actually found a handful of possible leads. I'll go out over the weekend and take a look at them. Two are HUD's in the OOO period, so I may not even get a chance to bid on them. I'll keep you posted.
