Refi Closing Today

Soon after hearing that Shaun's property got an offer, I found out that we are closing this afternoon on our refi. The good news is we only need to bring $300 to closing. Now we can really start concentrating on the CF this new loan will produce for us. I just hope things go smoother than our initial closing on this house.
