HOA
Well, I called the HOA management company, and long story short, I got the feedback I thought I'd get. Talking to them about their shoddy service is like talking to a brick wall. The lady basically just said "I'm so sorry" to all my complaints and followed with the sarcastic-like "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" So, basically, my phone call was just a waste of 10 minutes. But at least I got it off my chest, and they know that any future corespondance had better get to me ASAP (yeah, right!).
Tenant Letter
I sent the tenants a letter regarding the second notice of infraction. I also included a copy of the notice with the letter. It was a short 3-line letter that basically said the same thing the notice said. I felt a little bad dropping it in the mail drop as they have been excellent tenants. It's unfortunate the HOA has to be so darn nit-picky about things. Now it makes it look like I'm the "evil" messenger. They have 30 days from the date of the second notice to "cure the issue." If not, I will get fined. Of course, per our lease agreement, any infractions that are the tenants doing and any fines that result are passed on to them.
