After eating dinner last night, I decided to make several phone calls. The first phone call was to the guy who called me over the weekend about the upside-down house. I thought it would be courtious to tell him 'thanks, but no thanks'. So, I called him, got his voicemail, and left him a polite message. The second call was a return call from a person who had called and left me a message earlier yesterday. All he said on his message was he had a property he wanted to get rid of and his phone number. No name, no address, nothing else. So I called him and got his voicemail, too. I left him a message, but never got a call back the rest of the evening. The third call was to the person who called me last week. They also had an upside-down property, but I thought I'd call to inquire more about their property. This is the third time I've called them, and just like the previous two times, the phone just rang and rang.
Oh, well. Like they say, each rejection is one step closer to a "yes".
