House #1 - Before and After Pictures
I finally found a few minutes in my hectic schedule to post pictures of the before and after of House #1. I mentioned there that the pictures really don't do justice on the work and effort we all put in to getting the house up-to-snuff. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have taken a lot of up-close pictures and pictures DURING the whole ordeal. There were times when the place looked completely a mess with all the supplies we had there. The good thing, though, is it's completed and on the market. I am going out there tonight to check up on the place. When we were there this past Saturday, the place looked like it almost needed to be mowed again, so I may bring along the mower, too.

Nice work on the house! Good luck on selling it and please keep posting! It's been fun "watching" the story unfold. Best, Kenny
I second what kenny said. ! It's been very educational an I look forward hearing your excitement when it sells!
Thanks for the kind words. I try to give as much detail as I can for this venture, both for my reference and for everyone who read's my blog. I hope by giving my experiences, I can better equip myself for future deals, and the feedback I get from the reader's of my blog is immeasurable.
It's inspiring to see somebody actually go from goals to successful deals. I'm a Firefighter in the town where the house is and plan on cruising by to take a look at the completed project. Keep up the good work
Hair clog and spiders???? Eeeeeeew! You've done really well cleaning up the place. I think your agent should add "immaculate" to the listing!
You've inspired me to expend a little more effort on my own house.... Nah, I'm going to bring in a maid.
