If only I didn't have a JOB ...
Due to a couple of personal appointments, I didn't get out of work until late, so any work at House #1 was put off. Another day down the tubes. I did manage to call my RE agent and give her heads-up. I thought I'd be done enough to have it listed Thursday, but it's now looking like Friday. I still have to clean the carpets and clean the soot marks in the fireplace. I'm figuring conservatively I'll finish late Thursday, but we'll see. If everything goes right the house will be on the market Friday, which would make it exactly three weeks. I think if I concentrated my full time on this project, I could have been done in about one week, but that's the way it goes with a fulltime JOB.

I feel it too. In April I was working on my biz until 2-3 in the morning, then getting up to go to work.
