Offer #19?
I received an urgent email from my agent earlier requesting I sign a LBP addendum for Offer #19. The way she made it sound, I may have gotten this property. I replied asking her just that, but haven't received any word back yet. If so, I plan to double-close this one with another investor. It needs a lot of work, but at my offer price, there is a lot of profit for two people.

Doh. She just replied saying they have several oofers, however, she thought it was strange that they were waiting on my LBP addendum. I can only summize that they need all formal offers so as not to look biased if someone else wins. We'll see.
