Incredible! Of course at this price, there has to be something wrong and there is ... it has an 11" tilt in the back. I'm still waiting on the engineer's report from my agent, but she said in her long career, properties like this are a once-in-a-lifetime find. Let's just hope it stays listed until I can get financing for it. :_(

HOLY MOLEY! My agent just sent a CMA for the property, and I'm salivating. I'll probably have to use a hard money lender, but I can still pull big bucks from this property. My agent also said that she just went by the property (that's how excited she is about it), and said it's not in too bad of shape inside, either. Her closing remarks in the email were "If you weren't my client, I would have had an offer already in. Excellent find!"
